CASCADIA

A tour of homes house by DC Fine Homes. Every year's Tour of Homes house gets a logo and a themed booklet... the challenge is that when we are designing, the house isn't built yet! Cascadia was a rugged yet sophisticated family house, so we went with a 'distressed' theme and parchment background combined with a bit of sophistication in the layouts. The imagery on the right side of the page reflects billboards, print and bus ads that DC Fine Homes had at the time.
